The Summer Y's program is the old Summer Unlimited Program. Four locations, Thomson School, Kitchener School, St. Michael School, and George Ferguson School were visited by Regina’s Fire Fighters.
Each of the above schools is a drop in centre for kids during the summer months. Regina Fire Fighters attend to the gym at each location. The firefighters interact with the kids for about an hour, a number of nights, and show the truck and provide a bit of a safety message. |
