International Association of Fire Fighters President Harold Schaitberger presented an IAFF Award of Recognition to the Saskatchewan Professional Fire Fighters Association for achieving 100 percent FIREPAC Canada participation from all 700 members in the Saskatchewan Professional Fire Fighters Association's eight member locals.
SPFFA President Gerry Huget accepted the award surrounded by the Saskatchewan delegates who attended the 15th Canadian Legislative Conference held April 22 to 25 in Ottawa.
FIREPAC Canada is a powerful tool that gives Canadian IAFF members a loud and clear voice in the legislative arena supporting those who will support fire fighter issues and speak out in support of professional fire fighters and their families.
